About

“I can do things you cannot,

you can do things I cannot;

Together we can do great things.”

- Mother Teresa

You’re a successful interior designer…

… but you struggle to call yourself that.

Because despite all your ~stunning~ designs in multi-million dollar homes, the consistent client inquiries, and the impressive Instagram following…

…there’s still something that makes you feel like a fraud.

Like someone’s about to pull back the curtain and bust you for calling yourself a “business owner.”

Because despite all the client meetings you’ve run, all of the orchestration that comes with pulling off successful design projects, and actually being sent money for your incredible design talent,

you can hardly get through a morning self-care routine without feeling like your hair is on fire.

That’s where I come In.

I’m Jeannie, and not only do I come straight from the business world, but I help people-pleasing interior designers like you implement effective client processes, manage client expectations, and reinforce client boundaries.

Because you can have all the clients in the world, but if you’re not managing it all effectively, you’re never going to sustain it all.

I wore many different hats in my corporate career, including recruitermanagerleaderevent plannerdirectorsales coach... I had quite a few important people I reported to (think of them as my clients I needed to serve and show up for), five employees, thirty indirect reports, and a LOT of successful higher-ups pulling on me to make their candidates a priority.

And in order for me to stay in business, I had to be both efficient and effective with my time and energy.

Which means processes, priorities, and saying the word “no” were all pretty dang important.

And now? I help interior designers like you do the same.

Just think of me as your secret weapon in business… although I *really* hope you don’t keep me a secret with your design peers who also v. much need my help ;)

But really, when it comes to implementing efficient and effective processes, communicating client boundaries, and being decisive in your design business… I am your badass business bestie.

And I am stoked to make you a badass too.

“If I could describe Jeannie in 3 emojis they would be…”

🦁☀️🤯

Lion (🦁): She will be a fierce believer in YOU! And she’ll hold you in this high regard from day one. To know someone who believes so strongly in your potential, capability, and heart is an unbelievable gift.

Sunshine (☀️): A person’s energy is contagious, and Jeannie’s is one worth catching. She lights up a room (virtual or otherwise) and helps her clients see themselves more clearly and more expansively.

Mind Exploding (🤯): Be prepared, she will blow your mind from time to time.

Jeannie is great. I appreciate her honest feedback find myself saying ‘Jeannie said not to engage here, or Jeannie would tell me to not respond to that, or to keep that boundary that I set.’ It’s all so helpful!"
